Assos-Arıklı’da yer alan “Merve’s Stone House Assos”, doğayla iç içe, deniz-orman-dağ-tarihi doku (Gargaron antik kenti) birleşimli, müstakil bahçeli ve turizm belgeli bir taş ev konaklaması sunar. Sakin bir köy atmosferinde, dinlenmek ve bölgenin doğal güzelliklerini keşfetmek isteyen misafirler için uygundur. Arıklı, Ayvacık ve Küçükkuyu ile bağlantısı olan bir köydür. Yamaçtan Middili adasına ve Ayvalık körfezine bakar. Denize mesafesi 3 km'dir. Köy, eski bir Rum köyüdür.

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

A detached stone house in an independent garden 3 km from the sea, surrounded by nature, at the foot of the Kaz Mountains in the Assos area of Çanakkale, where you can stay peacefully and safely with your family. The garden floor apartment and garden are completely for our guests. The upper floor of the stone house is an apartment with an independent entrance from above, where family members stay at certain times.
