I can say that it was the most beautiful holiday,I felt like I was in heaven. The beauty of the house, the view, the silence, the garden, etc. was great. There are a few flaws, but I can go by saying the thorn of the rose. Are you captivated by atmospheric streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus to a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely come back there.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

Located in a peaceful location in the middle of olive trees, the home has more than enough to cover everything I might need. Stylish kitchen with new and modern furnishings in the interiors, offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. Galateia and her mother were very helpful to us. First of all, Ms. Zeynep is a wonderful host, she is always with you and answers questions instantly. The house is more beautiful and useful than it is in the pictures. Everything was perfect. It was extraordinary to have a view like my 2nd home in Ayvalık and the house was designed to meet all needs. As a cat lover, I will never forget the cat in the garden. It accompanied me in the holiday home.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought out and put in up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you plan a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take into the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb with our group of 8! The house was perfect for us—spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The stylish decor and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and 10 min by car to local attractions. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing as a group and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we all had a fantastic time. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with friends or family.

This place is incredibly beautiful. The view and the terrace area overlook the sea and the Greek island of Lesbos. Assos ancient city is nearby. Easy access to the village coming from the north or the south. The flat is comfortable with all amenities and well stocked. Nurten is a friendly and warm host. I’m coming back for a longer stay and a swim in the sea. Thank you Nurten.

It is a great house, the location is 2-3 minutes from Beylik Bay, our favorite bay, and the house was spotless and brand new. All the amenities offered at the booking stage were exactly available, we didn't have any surprises. Waking up to the day with the sounds of chirping birds in the garden was the most enjoyable part of our stay. Mr. Baran is a very interested host who obviously cares about both his house and his guests equally.

The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.

Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at the house. The quiet, private and calm environment was what we needed. The access to the small beach and the big dining table in the "private garden" added a lot to the whole experience of our stay there. We will visit again for sure!

we went as a family, the village and its surroundings are very nice. We were between Adatepe and Yeşilyurt, but Yeşilyurt village is calmer, so we were very satisfied with the house and the village. The courtyard, fireplace, kitchen, upper balcony of the house were very sweet. We loved it. There was a lot of rainfall only one night and the water flowed from the roof to the part we slept, but village life can happen. i would like to thank them separately for offering early check-in and providing local advice 🥰
