Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Jacuzzi fee is extra, 1500 TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.

The tiny house can be reached by a car within 10 minutes from the ancient city of Assos, Çanakkale. It is on an unspoiled small bay which is located in front of Lesbos, basically the only building on the bay. Therefore it is a great place to enjoy the calm, intimacy and peace that comes from connecting with nature. It is %90 built with recycled, reused, local and natural materials.
