Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance from the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of the 4-story building. 2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes, and 1 room has 3 single beds and wardrobes. A few minutes walk from all grocery stores, market place, the apartment has dishwasher,washing machine, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently.

Clean and Well-maintained 3+1 Apartment with a View

It has a Residential Permit for Tourism Purposes Approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey. It is 500 meters from Ayvalık Port and the bus station, and 5 minutes from Kırlangıç Shopping Mall, the marketplace and the market. It is centrally located on the minibus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.

Our house is located in the famous art village of Yeniçarohori Küçükköy. Our house is 1+1 and can easily accommodate 3-4 people. Our house also has a park bed,high chair and outlet protections upon request for our families with infants. The pool and barbecue in our garden are available for our esteemed guests' use. Luxury apartment in Ayvalık

Our house with a view of the Kaz Mountains is suitable for summer and winter accommodation, there is a central heating system, air conditioning, a workspace, wifi, two closed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric shutters and mosquito nets, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms receive light and sea views. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters away from the famous İğdeli beach, but close to all other beaches.

Beachfront with magnificent sea view in Sarımsaklı

Located in the very center of garlic, in a beachfront location, my house has a great sea view against the island of Lesvos. Unique Garlic Beach, right at your feet. Kordon street with restaurants, cafes, entertainment centers and shops, in front of the house. Located in a zero building, my house, all furnished with zero white goods, furniture, built-in sets, has a double bed and an L armchair that turns into a double bed when opened. There is unlimited WiFi and a 120 screen TV.

Spacious 2+1 apartment with terrace, 50m to the sea in the center of Cunda

Cunda'nın merkezindeki bu evde kalırsanız her yere yakın olacaksınız. Keyifli ve ferah 2+1 dairede iki yatak odası,mutfak, banyo ve geniş bir salon var. Sahildeki cafe ve restoranlara 1 dakika mesafedeyiz. Sahile 50 mt ve gürültüsüz bir sokaktaki bu eve çok yakın otopark var. Pişirme/servis için gerekli mutfak eşyası mevcuttur. Salon ve yatak odası klimalıdır. Binanın çatısı komple terastır ve üst daireyle ortak kullanılır. Binada benzer doşenmiş 2 adet 2+1 daire vardır.
