It is a Greek house built in 1886 with its original texture preserved and a historical scent. Restoration works were completed in September 2020. The floors are made of pine wood from the time the house was built. The first floor of the building is stone upper floors (bağdadi) are wooden. It has a natural air conditioning due to this feature. On the 1st floor, there is a living room, kitchen and kitchen table. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. Hot water is available 24/7 in the bathroom. The house is in the historical bazaar.
