Villa holiday rentals in Ksamil

Eirini's Villa is beautiful and is even better than the photos! Eirini and her sister Dora were perfect hosts. On arrival we were provided with an excellent pack of groceries and 2 bottles of their homemade wine. We were staying for a family birthday and Eirini and Dora gave us a lovely birthday cake which enhanced our celebrations! Eirini and Dora also recommended a Private Chef (Fotis) who cooked us delicious meals on 2 evenings. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and made restaurant reservations on our behalf and also arranged a taxi for the 9 of us to Taverna Agni on our final evening. This has been our best ever Airbnb experience and we highly recommend Villa Andonis and our hosts!

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

Secluded villa surrounded by nature with a lot of privacy. Exceptional sea views with Albania in the background. The sunrise is terrific. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Spotlessly clean property. A car is needed to access the villa, the shops, restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Be sure to rent a boat to explore the amazing north eastern coast. Would certainly return. Advice: Switch your mobile phone manually to a greek operator or else you risk hefty roaming fees in the albanian network.

Bij aankomst in het dorp dachten we… bij het openen van het hek een heerlijk huis. Het is er lekker rustig en het huis brandschoon Een goed locatie voor uitstapjes naar Butrint, blue eye en Gjirokaster. Daar een toprestaurant ontdekt waar we 2x gegeten hebben en ook als vegetariër was het een freestyle. Ga dit doen: The Barrels Ms. Daar zit je tussen de druifranken te eten met uitzicht op de kippetjes . Elke avond en ochtend een kudde schapen door het straatje, ook super leuk en heerlijk dat dorps gevoel. De host was flexibel en reageerde vlot op onze vragen. Houd je van rust en nog het authentieke, dan raden we dit zeker aan. Wat ook leuk was, de beneden buurvrouw begroette ons elke dag als we op stap gingen met Hey Hey Kalimera. En ze was supertrots dat we een foto van haar maakten . Het was al met al een fijn verblijf

Villa Melanthi is magical, it’s even better than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is amazing and was in constant use, table tennis was fun too. Outside space is wonderful. The hosts Haitho and Spiros are wonderful and could not be any more helpful, we can’t praise them enough. They really helped make the stay a truly special one including a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. We are a family of 8 (6 adults and two children 13 & 11) the villa was a perfect size for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday ☀️😍

We had a phenomenal stay in Corfu. I wish we could have stayed forever. We didn't have a car, so we ate all of our meals at the Taverna below. It was perfection and we felt like family by the time we left. We can't wait to return!

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gepflegt! In der Vorsaison ist vieles noch geschlossen, das muss man wissen. Hilfreich im Inserat wären Angaben zur Ausstattung (z.B. Kaffeemaschine) Peter und Julie sind wunderbare Menschen und tolle Gastgeber!

We spend one week at this beautiful villa . The villa was 100% as described and nothing was missing . This place is very private, clean , beautiful view, very nice pool . Locating is perfect, just 7 min walk to the beach . Beach is nice and clean with 2 tavernas . Mimoza is very friendly and attentive, she did even more than expected. We had a great time at this villa .

We loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Agni bay is great - a few restaurant options and boat hire from the bay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it - local supermarkets even do delivery. It’s a lovely pleasant 20 minute walk to Kalami bay. Beautiful sunrises over Albania too. Ingrid was very helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff were great. (Do bring your mosquito spray!)

The views from this villa are spectacular. The photos don’t do it justice, the views are amazing. It is lovely watching the different boats come and go. When we arrived, there was a leak from the air con. The owner turned up within minutes and waited until it was fixed by an engineer. The owner then cleaned up the leak himself. The pool is huge and clean. It is bigger than pools you find in hotels. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, both in the sun and the shade. There is a shortcut to Kalami and the beach, which you must ask about if staying. Really good break, would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was spacious and with different outdoor areas to lounge or sit, great access for swimming, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend, loved it.

The villa was amazing with incredible views. Local taverna is a 2 min walk along the beach. The town is a 15 min walk with some great restaurants and marina. Property felt peaceful, private and comfortable. Katerina was very helpful and friendly. Wifi could be significantly better as was extremely slow and regularly dropped out, but that may just be the area. We will certainly return for another holiday here - we loved it!!

We had an amazing 10 days at Avlaki Beach. The house is stunning - the photos really don't do it justice; heaps of room and very well equipped. It was immaculate and the lovely lady who came in half way through the stay worked really hard and did a fantastic job. The house is in a beautiful location, the pool is large and clean and the gardens are just beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside and lounging by the pool and on the balconies. The rooms and beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water from strong showers. There is a huge amount to do outwith the villa, so it would suit anyone who is looking for either a relaxing or busy holiday. Evi was really responsive and very helpful and we took advantage of many of the recommendations in the guest book. The taverna next door served great quality food in a beautiful setting and we also ate at The White House, at Eucalyptus in San Stephano and up n the mountains at a couple of lovely tavernas, as well as BBQs at the house

Villa Pelagos in Nisaki was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the house and location. We loved exploring Corfu… the house has everything you may need and is very comfortable. The driveway may be challenging for some as it is quite steep. We loved walking the neighborhood “loop” down to the main road for breakfast before the day’s adventure.

Great place with an AMAZING view. Karolos gave us a very warm welcome with a big welcome basket that included local honey, marmalade, wine, cheese etc. He was also very responsive on a messenger throughout our stay which was very helpful. The place itself is very big. Has two separate parts. One which is a lower one, by the pool and it is a studio and the upper one which by itself is a full size house, has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Our favorite place to spend time was the huge terrace where we ate all our meals. It has a nice ceramic grill (Green Egg) which we tried for the first time, worked great, so we used it a lot. You can also use big open air grill by the pool downstairs. During our stay we were also able to pick fresh oranges from nearby trees (on the road leading to the house). I think these were some of the best oranges I ever ate . To sum up our family had an amazing time at Karolos house during our Easter holidays . And that view that I'll never forget... It's magnificent!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille à Threshers House. Aristidis a été un hôte très prévenant, accueillant et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos qui ne font pas assez justice à la vue (magnifique !) et à la maison très agréable à vivre et très confortable. Tout était très propre et fonctionnel. La maison est située dans un endroit calme de Corfou, loin de la foule, au milieu des oliviers, des figuiers et des mûriers et donne vraiment l’impression de vivre l’île de manière plus authentique. Les lacets de la petite route un peu sportive mais très belle font également partie du charme. Les soirées sur la terrasse et au bord de la piscine sont sans doute la meilleure partie du séjour. Pour les plages, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites criques isolées de la forêt Erimitis à 30min de voiture.

Had a magnificent stay at Villa Petros. It was an idyllic getaway for our group of 5. We were able to get to the nearby beaches (with a car) and also unwind beside the beautiful pool overlooking the coast. The recommendations from Callum were so helpful and well thought out. I could not fault anything about the Villa. It is such a magical place and has provided such wonderful memories for us.

Tatiana is an excellent host; she was very responsive and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed. The outside area is very big with plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. The swimming pool is a nice size, certainly big enough and deep enough for a good swim. The town of Kassiopi is about a 20 minute walk, take some torches, (mobile phones), for the walk back. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away, the owners are very friendly. The location of the villa is perfect, one of the best we have ever experienced. It is set well back from the road and is not overlooked. At the end of the pool there is a lovely view over the bay below the villa. The villa is very spacious and clean although a little dated in places, but this adds to its rustic charm. Many thanks for a great stay.

We spent wonderful time in Bernards villa.. the villa looks exactly as on the pictures, super clean, all amanities we needed were availible. Magnicifient view !!! Super privacy - nobody can see from outside. Georgis was very nice, he helped us even we couldnt get a palce in any restaurant, as all very booked. So he booked for us very nice restaurant The location is on the hill - therefor you get the wonderful view, but i would not say walkable distance to Agni bay where all tavernas are unless you are very sporty as you go on the way up very much uphill. We were there with small kids, so it was not feasible with pram at all. during high season it is necessary to book place in restaurant - we recoment especially taverna agni a toulas. and also the sun beds in the beach next to agni (crystal) The beach was wonderful water - so nice blue, it has stones, beach is clean -- we used car to go to the beach, it takes aprox. 15 minutes drive Im looking to come back, for me this is dream place

We loved our few days at villa coco, the accommodation was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). We read reviews before we arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the Villa. The only drawback was the mosquitoes! The villa is in a great position for exploring the north coast of corfu. We are already talking about returning next year for a longer stay. The Konnect team made check in really easy and we’re on hand for advice when we needed it. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and they resolved it swiftly.

Thank you so much Eleni. Your villa was just a dream. It was very spacious for 5 of us. Large rooms, kitchen and a beautiful pool. Tucked away but a small drive from great local restaurants and the sea. Recommend this villa to anyone who likes privacy and an elegant setting. 5 Stars!!

We had a lovely week at the Kalami Sunlight villa. It was easy to find arriving in the dark, with a responsive host that answered all our questions. The bedrooms were all a good size, very tasteful and clean, each with an en suite and balcony overlooking the beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped, making eating in for some meals easy. The pool was lovely, with great sun loungers and a separate seating area looking at the view. The only issue we had was the drive being so steep our little hire car couldn't handle it, so we parked a few meters down the road with no trouble! We checked with our host regarding disposing of our rubbish but they said to just leave it for them to collect, which made things very easy on checkout. Would definitely recommend to groups of friends, family or couples looking for a lovely spacious villa just outside a beautiful peaceful Corfu town.
