Holiday rentals with beach access in Ksamil

stayed here with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time in the apartment! The apartment itself is beautiful and very trendy! We loved the bedroom with the sea view, and the bed is one of the comfiest that we have ever slept in. The TV was perfect and we could access Netflix. The views from the balcony and front room were MAGNIFICENT! Lush ocean views. The kitchen area had lots of utensils and items for us to use, and the bathroom was nice and clean also. WIFI was perfect. The apartment is in a nice area right by the seafront. We had a local shop to go to and restaurants were all within a 5 minute walk. Really nice apartment, 5**** and we would love to stay again. The host Esben was very quick in response times and very helpful.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Lorik and Leart's beautiful place in Sarande. The views were stunning and the location was unbeatable--close to great restaurants, beach clubs and bakeries. It was also an easy drive to other tourist attractions like the Blue Eye and Ksamil. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

We had a nice time in Marek's nice and complete apartment! The center of Sarandë was easily walkable and we had a stunning view to the sea and corfu! All in all, only positive and we definitely recommend this apartment. :)

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. We had a great stay at Anneta's. The apartment was very clean, functional and very well decorated. The view from the apartment is beautiful. There is a car park in front of the residence that allows you to park your vehicle and do everything on foot: restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Thanks to Anneta for her sympathy and availability. We would recommend this listing.

Private, quiet space with stunning views of the sea that are hard to find. This place has all the mod-cons and is designed perfectly for holidays. The bed is very comfortable and the outside space is partly shaded which is perfect for us. Our second visit here, and we can’t wait to come back again. Dora will do anything she can to make your trip easier too. Go!

Great hosts really communicative and kind, they were reallly understanding and helpful about one of us accidentally breaking something at the house. They also had great suggestions of places to go to and people to rent cars from. They seem like amazing people and the property was stunning :)

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

We had wonderful days at the apartment of Hatixhe. It was very cozy and the Terrasse was beautiful with plants :) everything we needed was there . We felt like home :) our highlight were the cats around, all were very cute :) Hatixhe is a very friendly person and we would love to stay there again :)

We spent five nights in this great place, which is perfect for two people. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped – a kettle would have been a nice extra. Particularly pleasant is the beautiful garden, where you can sit comfortably outside. The central location is ideal as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets quickly. Despite the proximity to everything, the place is very quiet and you sleep excellently. Another plus is the private parking. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

Altin was very communicative and provided several recommendations for eating out/seeing the sights. The flat was perfect for our stay and set in a lovely garden. The beaches and restaurants/bars are only a short walk away.

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The photos don’t do this place justice; it’s a more stunning view than in the photos & a really well maintained and furnished place. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach towels, and toiletries provided too. Florentina was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host! The only caution is that it can be a bit of a noisier spot; our first night (a Tuesday), club music from multiple locations was blaring until at least 1am. We also had the unfortunate experience of a car alarm going off between 5am and 7am each of our mornings there. In general, the noise from the promenade and streets can also be heard quite clearly from the balcony, but when there’s no club music it’s not so bad!

Very good apartment with great facilities, we felt very comfortable! Particularly noteworthy is the great communication with Persa (she always responded within minutes and gave me lots of helpful tips) as well as the great balcony, extremely large and with such a beautiful view of the sea and lots of comfortable seating furniture. There are lots of small stores, bistros and cocktail bars around the apartment, so it's also a great location! I can only recommend the apartment :)

The apartment was so beautiful and perfect, it had everything you needed and such an amazing view overlooking the beach and Corfu. The apartment was close by to the pier and local restaurants. Zana was an amazing host and we were provided with a booklet with everything you needed, places to go, the location to tell the taxi drives and numbers to local drivers and tourist attractions. If I’m ever in Sarandë again, this is the place I would book, thank you Zana for an amazing birthday trip!!

We had a fantastic stay at Grigor’s apartment in Saranda! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning views of the sea and the town, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. It was lively in the evenings, but that’s part of the charm of Saranda—and thankfully, everything quiets down by midnight, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth—no hassle whatsoever, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Saranda
