Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ksamil

Hidden gem in Gjirokaster, away from the noise, but walkable to the castle and bazaar. House and grounds are just beautiful and the experience of staying in a three hundred year old building is not to be missed. Plenty of beds, two tiny full baths, and an amazing breakfast in the courtyard. Just fantastic. Make sure to follow the markers to Kubeja, as gps gets a little tricky in the neighborhoods.

Spacious, well tidy and very clean apartment. In the kitchen there are all the accessories for cooking, eating and some useful ingredients (salt, breakfast cereals, water, coffee, dishes, wipes). The bathroom is small, but with a good shower. Comfortable rooms and good mattresses. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and availability of the host: not only in the welcome but also in giving us useful information about where to eat and how to get around. A few minutes walk to reach the city center. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Irini’s place. Really unique, the pictures do not lie, it is stunning. We love the beach but have never stayed quite so close before, just a few steps away is the Ionian, sandy, warm, just beautiful. Complimentary sun beds, cushions & umbrella on what is almost your own private each, makes you feel incredibly special. The apartment is so comfortable & has everything you could possibly want. The outside space is huge, great for dining, relaxing. Great escape from the sun/heat if needed. Irini & her family could not have been more hospitable, so friendly & kind. The fridge was stocked with so much more than just essentials, so much kindness - in addition the fabulous (blue) supermarket just a few minutes walk away - we could not fault anything. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have only good things to say about the house. The best thing is the location - so close to the sea and the nice terrace. All communication worked great. Since no guests came after us, we got to keep the house all day, which was much appreciated. We also received great help from the nice family who lived below us! We would love to come back.

Great stay with fantastic views. Petros was very proactive in everything we needed but definitely not intrusive. You definitely need a car from this place but then the entire island is also easy to travel from this central location. If you like to get away from the hustle and bustle and are fond of your privacy, this is a very nice place.

A great place to experience Gjirokaster— close to old city, with a view of the castle. Diana provides breakfast as well. Make sure you reach out before and confirm details for an easy check-in.

Amazing location and host, really clean apartment and right by the beach. Felt really safe and the whole atmosphere of the place just felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Albania. Highly recommend :)

Super nice people and helpful best experience ever!

We missed the way to the house, we ended up above the accommodation. We asked 5 women how to get to the house. A lady lived right next door, she came to help, sat next to me in the car and we drove together to the house entrance. We will never forget this loving help and reception. We didn't meet Zamira personally, but we did meet her wonderful mother. She took care of us as if we were part of her family. And her cooking skills at breakfast were simply first class. I even got an iron on loan. The house is a little far from the center of Saranda, bus connection is nearby... The room with gallery offered us everything we needed. Cleanliness and tranquility. Everything was perfect. When I'm heading back that way, I'll only stay here. Thank you

We stayed in Vasilis’s beautiful apartment for 6 days 5 nights. Vasilis was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He provided clear directions before we arrived in Corfu. He was generous to offer us lots of fruit and breakfast. He was helpful to show us recommendations in Corfu and informed us about the Easter Festive which was fantastic. We would definitely come back to stay with Vasilis in the future. Thank you so much for your hospitality x If you look for a nice place to stay in Corfu, Vasilis would be the best one x

Sweet little room with bathroom. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Communication went very well. The breakfast was very tasty and homemade! Shampoo and shower gel were not available, but we had some with us. The toilet flush did not work quite as well at the end (there was hardly any water and you had to wait a long time until the next flush). It takes about 35 minutes on foot to the beach, but it is right next to the castle. In my opinion, the small kitchen is not sufficient for cooking. But there are a few restaurants nearby or on the beach. All in all, it was a good stay and would recommend the accommodation, especially if you want it to be quiet.

10/10! The place is just gorgeous! The rooms are large, beautifully decorated and modern. The accommodation is located outside, in the middle of nature, with well-kept garden and beautiful flowers. Breakfast was excellent, every day there was fresh orange juice, very tasty coffee and other goodies. Plus, there was a different, homemade and super tasty candy every morning. The sisters who manage the place are super nice and give lots of tips about restaurants and things to do. For the accommodation you need a car - but this generally applies to Corfu - a car. We will be back! Thank you for this great time. :)

All you need to think about is getting there. Richard has the rest all figured out. I hiked the Corfu Trail through Stavros and it goes right by the Olive Press. I had lost my charge on my phone and Richard found me on the road, wandering. He invited me in and I met his lovey other half. They welcomed me with some hot tea and a much needed hot shower. Then, I was treated to one of the best meals I have ever had. I can not say enough about the kindness and comfort I felt. Go stay with them and you too will feel like family by the time you leave. Thank you two so much! Oh and if you are hiking the trail too, they can pick you up and drop you off daily along your way so you can stay with them the whole time if you choose. Happy trails!

Great breakfast included!

We received a warm welcome from Sperios with a glass of Reiki. The property is his family home which has totally been renovated with views across the bay and up to the mountains . My favourite part was breakfast underneath the walnut tree with chickens in the garden . Booked for one night and stayed for three. Spiros did everything he could to make us feel welcome, great host, fabulous scenery, best part of the holiday so far. I wish him All the best of luck with his new venture.

We had a great stay and especially loved the tranquil and relaxing pool area with its big garden, green surroundings and amazing pool! Our toddler had a total blast. If you need to recharge, this is the place. Breakfast and fresh coffee next to the pool in the mornings were a highlight. The room had everything we needed, brand new bathroom and a cosy balcony. The room was serviced every day. Ntina was such a lovely host, she had great recommendations and made us feel like family. Beach, restaurants, play area, supermarkets - everything is around the corner. We can only recommend this lovely stay.
