Holiday rentals with a patio in Ksamil

Super cute place, beautiful view, everything was clean and beautiful welcome from the family! A little difficulty finding the place but the host responded quickly:)

Beautiful apartment at the heart of Sarande. Quick walk to the beach front and lovely restaurants. Angjelo was extremely accommodating for a last minute booking and super responsive. The apartment is opposite a club that goes until 5am on weekends which you can hear clearly from the apartment, so if you’re not clubbing the place might not be for you.

Alba was so helpful, I made a mistake in length of booking that I didn't discover until night before check-out. Alba extended our stay, with great communication fairly late at night. She went the extra mile. I highly recommend Alba and the property she manages. 5 star !!

Zoltan’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming , all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely we will come back.

It was perfect! The apartment is clean, it has everything you need. The location is ideal, in the center of Ksamil. The parking space is a big plus. Thanks to Debora for this stay!

Everything was perfect!!

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! Thank you Leigh for a holiday to remember!

Nice airbnb with very nice host Estera is good at communicating and the airbnb is located on a beautiful hill with a great view and close to lekuresi castle for great pictures A lot of options with parking

A beautiful villa with an insanely beautiful view, and a charming courtyard. The road to the villa itself is only for experienced drivers. The communication with the owners was very easy and not enforced. We were prompted by open restaurants in the area out of season and helped with all related questions. I would recommend it 🥰

Violetta’s place is a tremendous value. And it’s beautiful too! I would stay here again.

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

We booked the stay after arriving at our original location which was very remote and not what was advertised. However after booking this apartment we were extremely happy, host was great and the apartment was perfect, comfortable, had everything you could need and the veranda had stunning views of some of the nicest sunsets we had ever seen.
