For your vacation, we offer comfortable 2-room apartments in our guest house on Kurskaya. We are located in a private sector between two attractions, the Black Sea and the Kuyalnik Estuary. Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apartment hotel, which our family has been managing for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old house. There is no elevator.
