Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We were at Ludwig's for a long weekend with our three adult children and everyone liked it very much (which rarely happens😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner, and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

We were only there 3 nights and were very satisfied, everything is as described. The Kufer family is very friendly and responds promptly to concerns. The pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants is very easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot….

Everything was tip top! A perfect apartment for two people and the balcony with a view is a dream Just a short walk 😍 to the center and yet absolutely idyllic. Thank you for the little amenities like coffee beans, spices and toilet paper. With a 3-day stay, the basics are more relaxed. 😊 We will definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A magnificent view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalised welcome board.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. Especially great for children is the large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything easily and well. A beautiful apartment in a very nice place where you can walk to the restaurants and the bakery. A nice supermarket is also nearby. Furthermore, it is centrally located, making it a great base for beautiful excursions. Simon and Michaela are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to our messages.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short holiday very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

A very nice contact with a very good description of the accommodation. We didn't find anything nearby where we could eat something in the evening and then drove to the village, but it wasn't so bad overall, recommended.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
