Altes Rathaus Pünderich, Mosel

Fachwerkhaus im spätgotischen Stil, komplett im ökologischem Sinne renoviert. Es liegt direkt an der Mosel mit Blick auf die Marienburg und die Spitzen-Weinlagen von Pünderich und besitzt einen großen Garten mit Liegewiese und Frigidarium. Es ist ein Traumhaus in Traumlage: Man erreicht die Ferienwohnung durch den separaten Treppenturm im 2. Stock, sie besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum, Küche und kleinem Bad. Sie ist passend zum Haus im nostalgischen Stil mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet.

*PURE NATURE* Forest house on the farm in the countryside

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Appartement am Michelsberg

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The apartment with 1 bedroom for up to 2 people (double bed) is located on the 2nd floor in a former winery. It is spacious, bright and fully furnished. Price : 50,- € for 2 people incl. Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be booked via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 more sleeping places (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person €20 extra charge).

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
