We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The first floor can accommodate 4 people. A large bed is located in the bedroom, including TV and a bunk bed in a separate room incl. dining table. Upstairs is a large bed, as well as 3 single beds and can accommodate 5 people. In a separate room, there is a large, very well-equipped kitchen, including dining table. The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a washing machine. As a welcome, you will receive a few fresh eggs from our own hens.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Our apartment Abendsonne consists of an apartment with a hallway, kitchen, double bed, sofa bed, bathroom, seating area and TV. Outside there is a garden with sun loungers, a terrace, a grill, an unheated outdoor pool (June-August only) and a small playground. Parking and Wi-Fi are included. During the stay, 1x bed linen and 1x towels are available.
