Gut gelegenes Apartment im 10. Stock des Wikingturms mit eindrucksvollem Panoramablick über den Ostseefjord Schlei. Vom Balkon, dessen Fensterscheiben zur Seite geschoben werden können, blickt man auf die Innenstadt und den Dom, den Stadthafen, die Möweninsel und die Schlei. Einen schönen Ausblick hat man auch vom Wohnraum aus. Bestens geeignet, um von hier aus Schleswig und Umgebung zu erkunden. The apartment is particularly impressive due to its good location. Kropp is an ideal starting point for excursions to the North and Baltic Seas (about 30 minutes by car). Furthermore, popular cities such as Husum, Schleswig, Rendsburg Flensburg and Kiel can be reached quickly due to the good highway connection. The place itself has various recreational facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and restaurants. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and business travelers.

Vacation home for 2+1 people

Apartment in a quiet village location between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and not far from the Schlei. It was only completed in 2023. It can accommodate up to two people plus an older child. The apartment is fully furnished including dishes and bed linens and the kitchen also offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The car can be parked on the fenced property. Where charging is also possible for a fee. The garden with seating area offers plenty of space to linger.

Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with small children, solo travellers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters seeking seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Nice apartment in a quiet location

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!

The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for infants, kitchen, shower room and parking space.

Living on the estate

Outside of Kiels, the Marutendorf estate is located in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
