This lovingly furnished studio is more than just a place to stay. It is a true home away from home. Abundant natural light and a quiet setting create a warm atmosphere where guests can arrive, unwind, and relax. Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
