The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Kulmbach and surroundings. Everything is within walking distance. The contact with Nina was super friendly, quick and all questions were answered before and during the stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. We were here for the second time and again completely satisfied! 🤗 The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished and absolutely family-friendly – ideal for a relaxing holiday with a child. The surroundings in Franconian Switzerland are beautiful and perfect for excursions with the whole family – whether hiking, small discovery tours or leisurely walks. The hosts Irmgard and Roman are incredibly likeable, helpful and warm. They are also happy to give great tips for activities in the region. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely come back!

Jennifer is a warm host. Her whole family is magical. And the family dog is a golden guy with a smoker's bowl and a very soft core. It was a pleasure to have been at home there for a short time. Anytime again!😁

The apartment was well equipped and Annette even got a new high chair for our little son. Everything was child-friendly with socket protection, edge protection and stair gates. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. Even coffee with milk, tea, baby biscuits, chips and water was available. In the bathroom nicely decorated with toiletries. We lacked nothing. Excellent for us also Annette's bread delivery service early in the morning. The host family is very friendly, courteous and child-friendly. We enjoyed Heubsch very much as a family. Despite the demolition work of a neighbouring house, we loved the place. Several small touches made us happy. Coffee, tea provided. I prefer chairs with a backrest for eating but for a few days the high benches were fine. Thank you, it was very good.

Our stay was actually on our wedding weekend and everything was tiptop ☺️ easy check-in, we were able to check out relatively spontaneously even later for a small surcharge and in the accommodation you had everything you need :) nice contact and you always 👍🏼 had a quick answer definitely recommendable :)

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. The apartment offers everything for a longer stay. The location is very good. Good connection to the motorway, not far to Bamberg and other attractions. The apartment is in a quiet location and in very good condition. You can also sleep very well in the beds. The contact with Vito and Alexandra was really very nice and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the property.

Very nice, clean apartment. There is everything you need. Towels were nice and white and large, the shower cream smelled fantastic and finally there was a decent hair dryer. We liked it very much!

I had an amazing stay at Yasser’s place in Coburg. The property is beautiful…peaceful, with fresh air, stunning views, and even horses, which made the experience feel extra special. The apartment itself is super comfortable and well taken care of, with everything you need to feel at home. One of the highlights was the host’s restaurant recommendations! every single one was spot on. If you love good food, trust their suggestions! This is the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind while still being close enough to explore Coburg. I’d absolutely come back!

We noticed that Jennifer cares about the well-being of her guests – everything was well prepared and even better than expected. We booked Stefan and Gülay's apartment at very short notice. Communication was incredibly fast and very pleasant. The accommodation is in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Access by car, parking, etc. are easily feasible as described. We would come back anytime!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honour – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she found out that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!
