It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

Relax in our accommodation surrounded by greenery and yet only a 5-minute drive from Hartberg (exit A2). The apartment is located in the basement of our house, which we live in on the upper floor. Near the house you will find numerous paths for walking and hiking: Ringwarte, Church of St. Anna, Pöllauberg with the pilgrimage church and the Masenberg. Both the Bad Waltersdorf thermal baths and the H2O thermal baths are approx. 20 minutes away.

A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
