Living room/kitchen with sofa bed for 2 pers and dining table for 6 pers. Full kitchen with dishwasher, incl some spices. Bathroom with combined machine wash/dry as well as a nice sauna 4-6 people (2 hours use is included in the rent). All you need to bring are towels and bed sheets. Here you can rent skis/alpine and have access to 40+ slopes and a large trail network in winter and many trails and bike trails in summer time. Norefjell Ski and Spa are a short drive away where you will find spa, climbing wall,++ and good restaurants. The cabin located 15 min from Noresund city center. Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage field with a short distance to Norefjell ski center. Walking and skiing trails in umidellbar. The next village is Noresund. There you find shops and gas station. 1 floor contains hallway, stall, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bunk, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. In the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + small living room with sitting group. It's also a day bed. Sleep1: double bed, sleep2: 2 single beds.

A bright, open-plan 4-room apartment with a wonderful atmosphere in the stunning Norefjell mountains. Garage space with EV-charger. Ski in/ski out to the alpine slopes. Excellent hiking trails and mountain peaks with beautiful views. A pleasant place to be - summer and winter. The apartment is from 2007 and has a good standard. Interior upgraded in 2017. 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a sauna, absolutely fantastic to have in the winter after a long day on the slopes. Remember bed linen! :)

View Villa -suitable for several families together

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included.

Welcome to this fantastic home on Norefjell, a nice place to be, on the way to the top of the famous Norefjell and the skicentre. This cottage is cozy and perfect for families, couples or friends. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The house has four bedrooms with beautiful views, a living room with wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. There is a TV on each floor and WiFi. The terrace has cedar furniture, a fire pan and fantastic views.

The house is located 5 min (4,5km) from Norefjell which has 14 lifts, 30 trails and Northern Europe's largest fall height. It is centrally located to nearby sights and walking distance to the city center. In the summer there is a short distance to several sandy beaches and good swimming opportunities.

There are prepared ski slopes right outside the door.
