Unser 1-Zimmerapartment am Kornfeld ist eine kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft für 2-3 Gäste. In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

In dieser gemütlichen 52m² großen Souterrainwohnung, findest du Ruhe und Entspannung. Sie liegt in einer Sackgasse umgeben von hohen Bäumen. Die Vermieter wohnen oben im Haus. Du hast einen eigenen Eingangsbereich. Ein Elektroauto kannst du in der Auffahrt, deine E- Räder vor der Garage günstig laden. Dein Auto kannst du im Weg, 50 m von deiner Wohnung kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung wurde 2024 ausgebaut mit neuer Küche und neuen Möbeln. Die Schlüssel erhälst du über eine Schlüsselbox.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
