You will find peace and relaxation in this cozy 52 m² basement apartment. It is located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 meters from your apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Our favorite apartment No.9 in the northern old town of Rostock offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. It has one bedroom with a box spring bed (1.60 m), a nice dining/living room, a small but full open kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The Wi-Fi is great! This favorite apartment is located between the city harbor with its numerous restaurants and the Kröpi shopping mile with many cafes.

Shopping facilities are within easy reach and with a walk along the Warnow promenade you can reach restaurants or the ferry to the Rostock Gehlsdorf district. Cosy holiday apartment 'Alte Post' Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village near the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
