You will find peace and relaxation in this cozy 52 m² basement apartment. It is located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 meters from your apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
