Du hast einen eigenen Eingangsbereich. Ein Elektroauto kannst du in der Auffahrt, deine E- Räder vor der Garage günstig laden. Dein Auto kannst du im Weg, 50 m von deiner Wohnung kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung wurde 2024 ausgebaut mit neuer Küche und neuen Möbeln. Die Schlüssel erhälst du über eine Schlüsselbox.

Unsere Nichtraucher Wohnung besteht aus einem Essbereich mit Einbauküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV & co und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ausreichend Stauraum. Das Duschbad mit Fenster bietet ausreichend Platz für die eigenen Utensilien. Die Gartenstadt ist in der Nähe des Zoos und mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen, um leicht in die Stadt oder zum Strand zu kommen!

In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).
