Welcome to our lovely townhouse. The house is located 1 km from Kristiansand city centre and a short distance from Dyreparken. The sea is right next door (10 min walk to Bertesbukta). The house has a barbecue and a garden with a sandpit and flattening with cozy outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms in the house. In addition, there are two sofas and an air mattress. A 4 minute drive away is the nearest grocery store. And you do not have to drive longer than 30 minutes to experience some of the best the south has to offer, such as The zoo and a number of beaches.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The animal pack is worth a visit. A romantic walk in the Raven Valley is not to be missed. You can climb the mountain top with a view right from the house. Same with the Raven Valley and a trip to Grim with lots of shops. The city centre is not far away, where you have many shops or you can visit the city beaches along the promenade by the sea. Kristiansand has so much to offer. Sea view from the top. 10 min drive to Dyreparken/Sørlandsparken and the city centre, and Strand is close by. good bus connections . Guest Parking 1 min walking distance. Garage space with the possibility of charging for electric cars! Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is big smart TV at 65 inches with Netflix, Viaplay and YouTube. Cleaned before departure, laundry included in the price. No smoking or animals allowed.

Cozy townhouse over two floors. There is plenty of space for several families who want to holiday together or those who want plenty of space! Two living rooms, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining area both in living room and kitchen. We have 2 high chairs and a baby chair available. Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel cot for children up to two years (we don't have a duvet for this).

My place is good for families (with children).
