The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to Reiseradioen). Short distance to the wildlife park, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with double bed for two people.

The house is located right at the end of a road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 metres to the beach and jetty with a boat included in the rent. New Pionier 14 boat with a 9.9 Yamaha engine with electric start and a chartplotter, available from 20/06. Before 20/06, it's GH14 with a 9.9 Suzuki. Long, shallow beach that's perfect for little ones. Large lawn with a trampoline by the beach. SUP boards and kayaks are available for hire. By boat, you can reach Norway's most beautiful archipelago, which is made up of many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.
