Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Welcome to our bright and cosy house in Rotterdam, close to nature and the city. This cosy corner house with a sunny garden is located in the green recreational area of Zevenhuizerplas. Here you can walk, swim, water ski and more. The metro is a 5-minute walk, which will take you to the heart of Rotterdam in 20 minutes. During your stay, our dear cat Femmetje will be your temporary roommate. She comes and goes through her cat flap and all she needs is some food, drink and a little attention.

My home (1st and 2nd floor) is a serene place filled with unique, handmade and vintage interior pieces that I collected during trips, flee markets or handmade myself/by friends. My place is at a walking distance to some of the most lovely spots of Utrecht (like Park Oog in Al, Molen de Ster and the Dom tower). Free parking space, Utrecht central station and supermarkets are all within a 10 minute walk. My home is suitable for 2 adults only.

It's in the most lively part of the city with a great variety of shops and restaurants out the front door and a green oasis with a balcony at the back.
