Mr. Maarten is a very friendly host, attentive to the guest's needs and very punctual. The location is in a quiet area with parking spaces, and the house offers all the facilities you need for a peaceful stay.

We felt very comfortable as a group, the location was great, urban and everything within walking distance. The stairs, however, are already dangerous, especially because you don't know beforehand that you have to go up there. The description says " free parking space ". Unfortunately, we had to take care of finding one.

Opposite of the canal, near main attractions within walking distance of the train station. We ate out but also prepared dinners in the kitchen and enjoyed aperitifs in front of the large bay windows of the living room. The hosts are very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here, authentic, full of character, practically furnished with original details. The workshop full of atmosphere and classics brings you into the apartment on one level. First the spacious living room and open kitchen and then on to the spacious bedroom. Nostalgic decor with plenty of modern comfort is nicely combined. Good bed, practical shower and nice info about the old details of the property. Toilet is downstairs, at night it was a bit of a search for the light button :-). Wake up in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee and head to the centre of Gouda! We'll come back!

The apartment is very nice and totally super located. You are immediately in the centre and can reach everything on foot. In addition, everything was nicely clean. Only information about a non-existent blackout/sun protection of the skylights was missing in the description. They make the apartment beautifully bright, but in summer they ensure an early rise (due to the brightness) and above all very high temperatures. In addition, large towels and a hair dryer would be good. We would definitely come back - but not in the summer. 🤭

Marteen 's spot was nice! This apartment is a suite inside of a home, but it has all the privacy once you're inside. it has it's own restroom and kitchen and the bed is comfortable. Pantelis was the person that helped me with the check in and my reference point through the trip. He is a nice guy and helpful. Only thing missing was toilet paper in the restroom, which I bought. the stay was quite pleasant otherwise.

Carlos’s place was fantastic—spotlessly clean with a fresh scent the moment you walk in. It’s a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. Carlos was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. He was truly a great host. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Great accommodation, located on a quiet street just 1 minute from the Stadhuis van Gouda and about 15 minutes on foot to the train station. Grocery stores, restaurants, and playgrounds are all within walking distance, which is perfect if you’re traveling with kids. It’s peaceful at night, and we slept very well. Thanks to Eric for the beautiful place to stay, and to Wignand for meeting us on-site and for the lovely chat!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

The apartment is in a great location. It has a great view of a canal and this is its strongest point! It is also very close to the tram and Aurore is always willing to answer your questions. I am leaving the guest star of the house, Zola. Without her the house would be another ordinary airbnb.. Highly recommended!!

Very pleasant host woman and surroundings. Had no problems during my stay and all necessary information was forwarded in advance so that there are no surprises at the start of the stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

Very nice apartment, really in the center! The host, Jurgen, responds quickly and kindly. Upon reception, you will feel right at home and pleasantly surprised by the luxurious look and all the comforts in and of the apartment. You can also roll down into the city and can also enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, sunbeds & a table on the beautiful roof terrace in peace. Jurgen also has nice tips for cafes in the city! We'd love to come back!

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.
