Beautiful place en lovely people

Our first stay in Emmen and it was great - couldn't find a better place to stay other than with Simone. Simone was helpful, responsive, proactive and also gave us good tips to the region since we were unfamiliar. Since she also lived with us, it was normal to have to follow her instructions so we can all live well together - and in particular no nuts because she has a life threatening allergy. Thank you to Simone for the stay and we will highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Switzerland. Only thing is that if you want to live nearer to Lucerne town, you can find definitely find somewhere closer. Otherwise, 5 stars out of 5.

Yi Tai creates a space for strangers, usually searching to find their own homes, to meet and experience Switzerland. The place is warm, clean, cozy and accommodating. Love the sounds from the nearby church bells, the powerful presence of Mt Pilatus and the many walks to experience the fresh Swiss air, and the kindness and efficiency of our hosts.

This place was so close to the Pilatus cable cars- 9 minute walk. If you’re interested in visiting the city, this location is also really close. I’d say it’s a 15-20 min bus ride. I really enjoyed my stay and always had something to do. Not to mention how comfy this bed was!
