Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kriens

Both Regula and her husband, Satcha, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They walked us through the entire property, explaining how everything worked....they even had the pool cleaned spotlessly...they had an outdoor pizza oven and a small garden with herbs for your cooking, and lettuce growing which we were welcome to use. The house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and they checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I would highly recommend this home for your traveling and vacation needs!

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. We spent 3 nights here and we had a great time. Location is very calm and quiet, it's perfect to reach the most popular places in the region. The surrounding is very nice, you are close to the nature. In the house we had everything we needed, kitchen is very well equipped, beds are good, we could sleep well. Communication with Simone was perfect. It's good to know that the bathroom is downstairs in the basement, for us it was not a big problem. After all we could get a taste of life in the Swiss countryside.

We were in the accommodation with our 2 small children and felt very comfortable. Many attractions can be reached in about 20-40 minutes by car, mostly via Highway 2. The guided tour is highly recommended.

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping facilities. There is so much to do - sports, hiking, cycling, lakes, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

Apart from our little mishaps with the luggage, which partially ruined our holiday, the place itself was nice — a welcome escape from the busy city to the peaceful quiet of the mountains with a view.

Looking for a quiet place to stay with that certain something, we finally spent New Year's Eve at Lamahof. Not only our dog Hope could enjoy the few days, far away from fireworks and firecrackers. My husband and I were also able to relax between wood-burning stoves, country house charm and many cheeky llamas and other farm animals. Thanks Karin and Family for the wonderful experience.

Just wanted to write a few words here. I cannot describe how lucky I feel to have met these people, and stayed at this gorgeous place. Made an amazing trip so much better. Will think about and hold this place, and these people with me for a very long time. Thank you, I hope to see you guys again. J

A hotel is to stay and sleep, but this one is an experience. It's not just that you feel at home; it's a paradise. Zita is a great host. She tries to help you as quick as possible.

Monika’s place was fantastic! The apartment is perfect and very well thought out. It has everything you need. I have two little girls and they were so excited to have so many things available for them. The beds, the stuffies and toys! Monika really thought of it all. As some people have written it is a bit of a hike getting up to the room but it’s so worth it. The view is truly amazing and the little garden on the way up is so cute. We hope to come back someday!

Loved this beautiful stay. No complaints. The AC worked fine, as Texans we are used to extremely cold AC so in a perfect world, it could have been cooler for our liking but we know that’s not normal abroad. House was super clean and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better location.

The best accommodation~ The view was really awesome at a reasonable and affordable price~ Doris and her husband visited in person and told us all the things we were curious about, so we had a good time without any difficulties~ It was cleaner and tidier than our house in Korea, so we had no difficulty staying there~ Travel adapters are all equipped, and you can use the washing machine and dryer unlimitedly for about 5 francs. Grindewald Terminal was so close that it was just a stone's throw away, so I didn't feel any burden at all when I went back and forth! It was so nice that I felt like I was at home in Switzerland when I left. It was sad that I couldn't spend a lot of time at the accommodation. I liked that I didn't have to buy water because I could just drink the water! Everything was good with no downsides. However, unless it's very summer, Korean people may feel a little cold in bed, so it's a good idea to bring a travel electric blanket or a hot pack. If you don't bring it, the heating radiator is full and good, so you can replace it with that. I'll have to go again someday. I don't miss Switzerland as much, but I miss Doris's accommodation so much. We loved our stay!!! I’m tempted to say that this was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed: sparkling clean, calm neighborhood, amazing location (with Migros/Denner/Lidl on a 2 min distance), very cozy, super kind and responsive host. He was ultra kind with your 2 years old: left a box of toys for him to enjoy during the stay, set up a crib and high chair…even some diapers and wipes were available! Unparalleled view and experience! Conveniently located by train and ferry .The hosts are so lovely and welcoming! Even though we arrived late, we were still welcomed and the room was clean and comfortable! It had everything you could possibly need (even a fireplace and charcoal fire for the BBQ). The whole town was almost devoid of tourists and it was so quiet the whole day that you couldn't bear to speak loudly. The lake view was the most special. My mother and I had every meal in the apartment on the balcony. After a long day of sightseeing in the hot weather, swimming in the lake was the best way to cool down and relax. The water was unexpectedly warm and comfortable! If I have the opportunity to visit Switzerland again, I will definitely choose to return here!

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with hot water, otherwise a very nice place!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so it has a lot of leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We were very well received in this little green corner. This little barrel at the bottom of the garden, out of sight, is a superb experience.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, a fully equipped house, in the middle of the mountains. The communication with Roman was easy and fast. We walked to Engelberg pretty much everyday, it is an easy and beautiful path next to the river. We spend one week in Switzerland every year, every-time in a different location, but after these days, we wouldn’t mind coming back next year.
