Words are unnecessary, I don't have a negative comment, the house is beautiful and spotless with incredible views. The best airbnb I've ever visited and Mr. Nikos the best host I've ever met, I highly recommend it if you want to get away for a little bit of the hectic pace of the city.

A unique, beautiful experience on this treehouse! Nondas was extremely hospitable and accommodating, with incredible attention to detail and extra friendly touches that made our stay perfect. Although a small space as predicted everything was thought of and we wish we could have stayed for a few more days to enjoy the tranquility of the space and the stunning views from this cosy and unique hub.

We loved the place from the first moment! The place is very quiet and lovingly designed. Large garden with hammocks, outdoor kitchen, terrace, two bicycles. Communication with the owner is very straightforward and warm. He even provided us with various drinks and some food in the fridge to arrive. A good place to recharge and relax. We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.
