Holiday rentals with beach access in Kressbronn am Bodensee

We stayed with the children (15 and 18) for less than a week in Thomas's apartment and felt right at home. The location is quiet and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, so you can easily reach all destinations on the Höri (and all of Lake Constance). I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Adelheit's place. The location directly on the lake is fantastic and the house itself is modern, high quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, thoughtful and architecturally really nicely made. You can tell that someone went out of their way to create a special place for guests. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to switch off properly. It was a completely successful stay, for which we are very grateful. We would have liked to stay longer and will be back for sure. Thank you very much, dear nobility!

Marco and Sara are great hosts, super friendly. There was all you need and it's really a beautiful place.

Margrit is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Her apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable with her and would book the accommodation again for a short trip at any time.

We had an unforgettable time here. We have been warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was family-like and for our daughter (soon 5 years), the garden, the toys, the bed with surprising starry sky and most importantly, the children of the host family who quickly became playmates and friends, the most beautiful. We were able to do something great in the area every day and yet it was just as nice to come back to the apartment. Stella and Tobi were just such great hosts. Always friendly, always helpful and with honest interest in making us feel comfortable there. For our small family, it was the perfect choice here to treat yourself to a break from everyday stress, relax and just spend a nice time. Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

Had a very nice long weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, we felt comfortable right away. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. Would love to come back!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Check-in was very flexible and easy thanks to the videos sent. The house can accommodate plenty of room. We were 12 people (6 adults and 6 children) The equipment left nothing to be desired. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, large bathroom (and there were more than enough hand and bath towels there) the house is very nice and modern, and everything was very clean. Trampoline, sandpit and other toys for the children. Very quiet location, beach within walking distance. A big thank you to the owner who is always available and very friendly. We would definitely recommend it.

A lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful views of Lake Constance. Ulrich and his wife are super nice and helpful at all times. We had a great time and would book again anytime. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet, idyllic location.

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine ourselves coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

A great house cozily furnished with wonderful views of the fields and the local mountain Pfänder. Everything necessary for our (large)family vacation was available. We would book the place again anytime. Communication with the agency was straightforward.

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. This is also one of the reasons why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? My wife and I had a great time in Manuela and Hermann's apartment. We were completely satisfied with the self-catering facilities and the good location near the city centre, the lake and the Pfänderbahn. Communication with Manuela and Hermann was also great, always friendly and also proactive. We have nothing to complain about.

Super, great apartment with a very nice roof terrace. We felt very comfortable. Enjoyed the sunset on the terrace and grilled and chilled there comfortably. Wolfgang and his partner were very nice. Short distances to the island, apartment is very central and yet beautifully quiet.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

Quiet, super-equipped apartment with good transport links. Everything you need. Highly recommended.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms are bright and sunny. The location is ideal yet quiet. Everything can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or less including the lakefront. local bakery, restaurants, Edeka supermarket and train station. This town offers more restaurants than most surrounding towns and more activities making it an ideal base for a visit. The unit itself is very well equipped for a short or longer stay. There are even night lights in case nature calls in the evening. The host family are delightful and open to conversation or providing recommendations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large enough to not feel cramped. The 2 balconies with awnings provide sun or shade as needed. A most comfortable stay and a place we recommend to anyone when in the area. We hope to return again very soon. Fyi, the off street parking and proximity to everything in town on foot is a big plus as the town has paid parking in almost all areas.
