The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.

The Dorotheenhouse is a little cottage in the heart of the Spreewald. This home is a place that we also use with friends and family, and we cherish it with all our heart. We are not in the apartment rental business and this is the only home we have. While it is not a hotel, you will find many personal touches and live in a very much personalized home.
