The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.
