(Completely renovated 07-2017), Stralsund is approx. 150 meters from the beach promenade as the crow flies. The 2.5-room apartment usually accommodates 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children). Parking is available right in front of the house and can be rented separately on site.

The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.
