Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kram

An excellent apartment and host, the quality of the home and attention to detail is truely top tier - amazing value for money. You have a standing desk over looking a serene river view, all amenities needed, a pool, a gym, the beach, lots of food options and beautiful mangrove walking area 10 minute walk away. A rare find, recommended

The location of the house is a bit further away in the downtown area of Rayong, but we were driving so the location was not very sensitive.The house is a 10-minute drive to a famous beach side of Lo Yong with many delicious restaurants, and there are also some famous attractions such as the Centennial Rayong Museum (highly recommended).If you go to Rayong city or go surfing, it takes about 40 minutes to drive, so if it's not your own car, you may need to consider it. The house itself is good, in a quiet beautiful and clean neighborhood with a pool in the community with food delivery to home restaurant (pizza pasta, etc.), very comfortable from a residential point of view with some minor issues to bear.Check-in was also smooth and the house was managed by a co-host, so you can find a co-host if you need to inquire. Overall, if you are traveling by car, highly recommended.

The villa is in a beautiful location. Fantastic house with lots of space for all 6 of us. Everything worked perfectly and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I’d love to see is the restaurant/cafe by the swimming pool open in the daytime so we didn’t have to cook or go out for food at lunchtime. I appreciate that this is seasonal however and they were renovating the pool area. It didn’t spoil our stay however as we had the pool to ourselves most days and it was so clean and warm. We will def return to this villa in the future. Thank you

The house is great, the place is very quiet end peaceful, just as we wanted. Peter's wife was exceptionally helpful, she even took us to a reestaurant in her own car as our ours broke down. In 3 km there is a long street with good restorants and very nice clean beach with soft sand.

Very very nice house with a great terrace, only a few steps to the community attic pool, everything clean and very well maintained! Everything well organized and great, quiet area! Quiet beaches, great restaurants also western food!

Nice place with kitchen, two bedrooms, and A/C in every room with Netflix on the TV. Nice bakery downstairs and right next to the beach. The only downside is that it is isolated. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get around and there isn't much in the neighborhood.

I spent 22 days in this apartment it was perfect. You have the shopping center 2 min away the rooftop pool a gym. Perfect for one person I didn't try as a couple but I think it's fine too! Small important point I advise you to have a scooter or a car because otherwise you have to walk 30 minutes to go to the beach! Thanks to the host who answered my questions! I would recommend this place and this city.
