Brand new annex is rented. The annex consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a small living room with sofa and TV. The annex is centrally located on Kråkerøy. About 5 minutes by car from the city center and 20 minutes by foot. From the home it is a short walk down to Isegran. From here you can take the city ferry for free to the old town, the city center, worst and Gressvik. Otherwise it is.. - parking on the plot - short way to bus stop that can take you to Hvaler/Oslo -not kitchen, but fridge and kettle

The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance to both the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the home. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Enjoy a perfect place, quiet place not far from Fredrikstad city center (4km), and only 20-25min drive to Hvaler islands and beautiful Skjærhalden. Experience the city in Glomma's outcrop, Glomma or Idyll festival, tall ship race, or walk one of the many hiking trails in the area. There is a lot to do here if you have the time. Short drive to Sweden (45min) if you should be tempted.

Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
