The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathing in bathtub by appointment.

Summer cottage of about 60m2 with loft. About 25-30 meters to the water. There are bathing facilities, but no boat space. The cabin is connected to summer water/sewer. Only want to rent to families with children and adults. Show consideration for neighbors in terms of noise. Check-in from 4 pm and Check-out by 12 pm. Can be adjusted if it is not rented before/after the stay. Tenants must clean the cabin and empty the garbage. Cleaning can be ordered on request. Bring bed linen & towels! The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance to both the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the home. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Koselig lite feriehus på Spjærøy på Hvaler. Bryggerhuset er en del av et gammelt småbruk og vertskap bor selv i hovedhuset. Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Enten man ønsker å nyte de stille dagene eller ønsker å utforske Hvaler er dette en fin base. Butikker ca 5 km unna. Hos oss bor det 8 glade høner som delvis går fritt.
