Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathroom in bathtub by agreement.

Cabin with a nice view over the lake and good hiking trails.

A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP el boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Cozy plinth apartment with private entrance and private patio in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to free ferry to the center and old town, bus stop as well as several walking areas. Beaches and swimming spots a short drive away! 15 minutes walk to ferry hire with free ferry to the city centre and the Old Town. 10 minutes by car to the center, 20 minutes by bike. 12 minutes by car to the foot bathing area, 25 minutes by bike. 15 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store. Free parking in the courtyard.

The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance both to the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. Hosting is available for assistance and guidance. We have English, German and French.

Nyoppusset leilighet(60 kvm) med to soverom. 4 sengeplasser(150 cm seng, 120 cm seng og en sovesofa i stue) Alle hvitevarer medfølger. Ikke røyking og festing. Vertskap bor i huset. Parkering til opptil flere biler. El-lader og rengjøring inkludert i pris. Det er ikke kanaler på tv, men pc kan kobles til. Kabel medfølger. Godtatt å ha med kjæledyr.

(Free parkering) air conditioning/heat pump and underfloor heating. good indoor climate. Studio apartment under 30m². The bed is small double bed 120x200cm below and 75x200cm above. The guest bed can be turned out on the floor and is 90x200cm. Choose between inflatable mattress or field bed. Kitchen with most of the equipment. Shower cabinet in bathroom. Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.

Fantastic. The cabin has both great exterior and interior. Absolutely everything you need is in the cabin. Lovely bed linen and towels. In this cabin you are literally in nature by the sea and beach and hiking areas. Short road to Kirkøy/Skjærhalden and beautiful Ørekroken and Rødshue, as well as the campsite Storesand. We recommend visiting the small towns on Hvalerøyene. Here, the pearls are lined up in a row. Hege was nice and very service-minded. We were there for three nights and had a great stay in the bright sun. Would love to come back. Regards, Aase & Rolf
