Beachfront holiday rental in Kraj

Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful Fisherman's House Magda is. We were able to enjoy a wonderful break, far away from noise, stress and deadlines. Surrounded by nature and right by the sea. The Fisherman's House is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel right at home. To top it all off, there is a breathtakingly beautiful garden and jetty right in front of the house. I will never forget the sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful place for anyone who wants to get away from everyday life.

The most beautiful place I could have imagined!! The cottage is small but exactly perfect for what you need. The veranda is very large and has very nice furniture. It is very private and you only hear some dogs barking from time to time. You can chill under the olive trees, light the BBQ or go canoeing on the lake. Down by the lake, you have complete privacy and sometimes you see someone fishing along the shore. Nothing else. Wonderful!!!! Bring water shoes like everywhere in Croatia to get into the water well. Someone already wrote: it is a paradise... it really is! If we go to Croatia again, this is what I'm going to book again!! Thank you Luka for the nice contact and the olive oil!

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. direct private access to the sea with deckchair. magnificent view. beautiful discovery. toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

Beautiful place, great apartment, right on the waterfront, with a great view of the place of Sali. We felt like at home. And what can I say about the host Dinko. Always cheerful and smiling, and ready to help. I felt like we had known each other for years. I hope we will come again.

We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Super quiet location and the beach is right outside the door. We'll be back.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Very nice location directly by the sea and the apartment is beautifully built, balcony door open, bedroom window open and there is a wonderful draft. only the kitchen could be a little better equipped because of pans and cutlery but I am very meticulous, you will definitely get along well!
