Anton is an incredible host! I wasn’t expecting him to meet me at the train station when I arrived! Was very kind of him and it ensured I found his place. His place is also right next to the S-Bahn, so it makes a morning commute into München or the surrounding five lake area super convenient! Beautiful home, thank you Anton :)

Christine has made the house to be not only clean & tidy, but also a very warm home feeling. She has prepared all the details in the kitchen, living room, dinning room and bathroom, which are more than everything we would need during the trip. The house has offered tasteful interior design and furnishings. We feel very relax and comfortable to stay in the house. During the sunny days, it’s very nice to take a walk to the sea side where only takes 15 minutes. What a Marvelous location for a holiday! At last not least, Christine has a very warm personality. She is very communicative and efficient. We feel to be taken very good care in a new area. Certainly, we’ll be back again when we visit Munich in near future. Wir haben zu 4. nach einer Unterkunft für ein Wochenende in München und Umgebung gesucht und mit Monika und Fritz zwei liebevolle Gastgeber gefunden! Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von beiden empfangen und erhielten einen Rundgang durch die Wohnung! Sie ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse! Sowohl im Bett als auch auf der Couch lässt es sich gut schlafen! Die S-Bahn Station ist mit dem Auto in ca. 3 min und zu Fuß in ca. 15 min zu erreichen, sodass wir schnell und unkompliziert in die Münchener Innenstadt kamen. In der Umgebung befinden sich außerdem verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Verpflegung für die Heimreise! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Excelente ubicación, lugar tranquilo supermercado y restaurantes serca, parada del tren accesible línea directa al centro de Múnich , apto acogedor súper limpio con todo lo necesario !

L'appartamento è molto carino e moderno e c'era tutto il necessario anche in cucina. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine, si vede la cura che ci mette la proprietaria. Anche se non è in centro, la posizione è comunque molto comoda perché in una ventina di minuti puoi arrivarci con la metropolitana e poi il quartiere è molto tranquillo e immerso nella natura. Infine Elisabeth è stata gentilissima con noi e ci ha trattato molto bene. Grazie di cuore

It was such a wonderful, beautiful, clean, modern, very comfortable and practical place to stay!! The owner was so helpful and friendly that we felt always supported whenever we needed. Their response was very quick and accurate, too. The location was perfect yet peaceful, and it was easy and walkable access to Stanberg lake, restaurants, Cafe , supermarkets, bio shop, bakery, train station, bus stop, etc. The owner also kindly put a package of pasta and pesto sauce in the kitchen for us to cook, a variety of tea bags and Nespresso coffee! Everything was just perfect and amazing!

This place was incredible, very good organized, the neighborhood was chill and beautiful and you had a lot of privacy. 100% recommended.

I had a great stay. It was quite a ways from the S-bahn, so be aware if you have bags and no car. I forgot something at the location and they have been kind enough to work with me in mailing it back to me! Overall, great experience.

Die Unterkunft ist toll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unsere kleine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Yvonne war freundlich und offen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Casa confortevole, arredata con gusto, ampia e completa di tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno a Monaco. La posizione è decentrata, ma la zona è tranquilla, si raggiunge la fermata del treno in pochi minuti a piedi per poi giungere alla Stazione centrale in altrettanto poco tempo. Ottima la presenza nelle immediate vicinanze del supermercato. Io e la mia compagna siamo stati davvero bene nella casa di Annette e Ulf.

Logement spacieux et très agréable. Philip est un hôte très agréable et très arrangeant, nous recommandons fortement.

Ich habe 2 Monate mit Albert und Mali verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle und des Supermarktes. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und einladend und reagierten sofort auf meine Nachrichten. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

To be succinct : everything was exactly as advertised, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and Kilian is very reactive and accommodating. A great apartment and a great host, I fully recommend the package!

Wir haben mit unserem 9 Monate alten Baby zwei Nächte in Helenas Wohnung verbracht. Helena ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und war immer schnell erreichbar für uns. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Kurztrip nach München braucht. Für eine Souterrainwohnung ist sie recht hell und gerade im Hochsommer angenehm kühl. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und dank des nahen U-Bahnhofs (Friedenheimer Straße) ist man trotzdem sehr schnell im Zentrum. Helena hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir für das Baby brauchten (Babybett, Babyhochstuhl, Wickeltisch, Badewanne).

Had a wonderful stay! Gill was lovely and met us at the door to show us around and make sure we were settled in. Gave us a few recommendations and a layout of the area which was perfect. We had plans to sightsee in Munich and a few places around Munich so the location was great for that. 30 minutes outside Munchen old town and a short drive to Andechs Monastery and brewery and about 45 min to Neuschwanstein Castle. Worthsee lake is nice as were the other lakes in the area. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped for an old farmhouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful spot and highly recommend Gill's place!

Beate was easy to contact.Apartment was in a great location,close to restaurants,groceries and train station(10 min walk)A secure underground parking spot was also a bonus!Train ride into Munich was 25-30 min so no need to drive.Great spot very peaceful and quiet

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück und in echt noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Man fühlt sich in der großzügig und offen geschnittenen Suite direkt wohl und zuhause. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und in einem makellosen Zustand. Sehr bequemes Bett, großes Badezimmer mit schöner Dusche, neue und gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Highlight ist der riesige Balkon mit Sonnenliegen, einem Tisch zum Essen sowie einem Whirlpool. Man ist schnell in Rosenheim, an verschiedenen Seen oder in den Bergen. Klare Empfehlung und 5/5 Sterne!

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy cuidado todo y bonita decoración. La zona tranquila, cerca de un supermercado y cafeterías y en coche a pocos minutos de la autovía. El aparcamiento espacioso. La comunicación con el propietario muy buena y rápida. Repetiría. El menaje de la cocina algo escaso.

Franz und Astrid sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben alles gut erklärt bekommen (Wohnung, Pool und Sauna). Wir haben viele und gute Tipps für Unternehmung in der Region bekommen. Im Zirbenschlafzimmer konnten man sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Hunden, die sich auch sehr wohl fühlten. Der Hof liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die zum entspannen einlädt. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen ❤️👍

Het vakantiehuis van Christine en Jozef is een echt pareltje voor rustzoekers. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, ruim en zeer comfortabel. Het huis ligt in een zeer landelijke en rustige omgeving, met uitzicht op de Alpen, en met mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen in de zomer. 's Ochtends wakker worden met de bellen van de koeien, wie wil dat nou niet?

Wir durften das Vogelnest im Zuge eines Städtetrips als Ausgangsbasis nutzen und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Fenster Richtung Altstadt ist einmalig. Im Hochsommer könnte es mir in den beiden Schlafräumen unter dem Dach ein wenig hitzig werden, aber es war im Mai gut auszuhalten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Augsburg!

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Perfekt für 6 Leute und die Terrasse ist richtig schön geräumig. Wir würden wiederkommen!

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
