Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

In our 1920s residential building, we offer a self-contained apartment of 100 m² for up to 6 people – ideal for families or small groups. The two bedrooms, the living and dining area are decorated with historical furniture and contemporary art. The kitchen and the two bathrooms provide modern comfort. After breakfast on the balcony overlooking the garden, you can explore Munich city centre or Lake Starnberg by S-Bahn in just 30 minutes.
