The place is located at the very end of Skåtøy in the Kragerø archipelago. There are views of the lighthouse on Jomfruland from the bedroom and kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, travel bed for children. Double bed in the bedroom. You can borrow a double kayak, and a small rowboat with outboard motor and 2 bicycles. Swimming from the jetty. There is a barbecue and seating area by the sea. There is a ferry from Kragerø and a road all the way up. We share a corridor with you to the bathroom and toilet (the apartment is soundproofed), the bathroom and toilet are only for your use.

Open living room and kitchen solution with dining table and seating area, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with heated floors and shower cabin and private laundry room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom with heated floors and a shower cubicle. From the living room on the ground floor you go straight out to a plot with a large long table and plenty of seating. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per set or bring your own.

The dormitory contains hall, sleepingroom / livingroom, kitchen with the most necessary tools and equipment, wc with shower and washingmachine. The sleepingroom/livingroom contains a doublebed, sofabed and a table, tv, and nightstands, a closet and a commode.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can hike by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
