Charming single family home with large and screened garden. Centrally located on Framnes close to both sea and city. Bed linen and use of kitchen equipment are included. The house has 3 bedrooms (one larger and two smaller), two small living rooms (one can be used for extra bedrooms), a large and well equipped kitchen and large hallway. One living room is currently used as a playroom. Here are both books and toys you can use. The house is a short distance to both swimming opportunities, coastal path and the city centre.

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

Beautiful single-family home with direct access to large park and beach. Located centrally, but still in a quiet and family friendly area. The home consists of two floors where the main floor has bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room. The basement has a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a toilet, as well as a bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace with seating and private garden with the possibility of yard games. Parking spaces, with possibility for electric car charger for an additional fee (easee).

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

We primarily want the entire week rental in summer. Garage with two car chargers. More nice playgrounds in the area.

Lovely nostalgic Swiss house from 1909 with large fenced garden near the sea. Includes: entrance hall, stairwell, WC, kitchen, living room with TV, dining room, attic with sofa bed and TV (AppleTV), 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and outhouse with bunk bed. A few minute walk down to the jetty and beach like Ulvøtangen and Verdun. Here it is popular to swim for all ages.

Egdehall

Egdehall er en nydelig plass som passer perfekt for store grupper. Storkjøkken, spisesal, storstue, Baderom på gangen, 18 soverom og 35 senger. 400 meter til Gjerstad togstasjon (Sørlandsbanen) 2, 5 timer med bil fra Oslo og 1,5 time fra Kristiansand. Det er ikke dusj/bad på rommene, men på gangen. Standard er god.
