Thank you for a great stay. It was so nice we had the opportunity to revisit the beautiful cabin “Knatten”. There's no place in the world as amazing as Risør and Barmen. We very much hope to revisit the cabin another time.

Incredibly cozy apartment overlooking the jetty in the heart of Risør. Cozy host who reached out well in advance of your stay with good information. The host was also in place and showed us the apartment when we arrived at Risør. Was also available if there should be anything. Perfect location in terms of walking distance to all amenities. Recommended!

We had great days in this cozy cabin. Missed nothing and was completely in step with the description. Inger was very nice and responded quickly to inquiries. We would gladly came back!

Such a great spot, in a fantastic location! Very nice host, who responded quickly to inquiries. Taxi boat picked us up on our own dock and was efficient in getting to Kragerø city center. Well-equipped cabin with "soul". Really recommend this place.

The big family with children and grandchildren enjoyed this great cabin. The cabin is peaceful and privately located in an area with nice hiking opportunities and a good location for visiting, among other things, Risør and Kragerø. The stay has met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilie's apartment in late July 2024! The location in Kragerø can right and easily not get better. When you go out from the building you are in the middle of the busiest pedestrian street in the city with a bustling life and good atmosphere. It is not possible to park in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but there is short term parking a stone's throw from the entrance so that you can get tired if you come by car. We parked the car in the long-term parking at Rema1000 on Kalstad; where it costs 100,- per day or 500,- per week. From there you can take a bus for 7 minutes back to the city center. The apartment was large, bright and spotless! Really nice with handwritten welcome letter with accompanying snacks and refreshments ;) The balcony was small, but with a fantastic view and enough space to enjoy the morning coffee and feel the atmosphere from Kragerø city that comes to life! All in all we were super happy - one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! Thank you for us - hope to come back!

We had an amazing long weekend at Jegertunet! The place was just as described – incredibly cozy and absolutely perfect for us: six adults, four children around 10 years old, and a happy dog. The kids stayed in the pool from the time we arrived until we left, with the slide, hot tub and sauna as big favorites. The porch became our focal point for playing, barbecuing and relaxing in the sun. We didn't need to bring anything at all – everything was in place and ready to go, making the stay extra easy and pleasant. We explored the surrounding area with great trips to both the sea and the water nearby, and the tennis court was used extensively by the little ones. An extra bonus was the nice trip to Risør with the small ferry, and the fun visit to the aquarium that created a lot of joy for the whole family. We can highly recommend both the place and the landlord – here you really get everything you need for a super holiday. We would gladly came back!

Firstly, Jostein and his wife were very welcomming and walked me through the facilities and instructed on all the important details of use! The cabin's location is amazingly situated by the Beach, beautigul view over the ocean, but still private and secluded. The cabin and its interior is bohemian style in its best meaning with equipment to live there, cook and entertain. Outdoors has so many posibilities as the cabin is equiped with lots of "water-toys" SUP, kayak's etc. The toddler will also be safe inside fences, and Jostein had left beach toys out for the little ones. We thrived during our stay and I warmly recommend Jostein's place/cabin.

Beautiful house with great interior and large garden. The house was in a great location walking distance to the town and very close to the water. Had all amenities that we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was very good . Perfect house for a family

Villa Nøtterøy was a wonderful experience! It is a warm, beautifully decorated family home with fantastic views. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The trampoline and the pool were the main highlight for the kids. Everyone loved Missi the cat! It is a walkable distance to a nice beach and a quick cycle into Tonsberg. The house is perfect for a family holiday. Kristoffer was very responsive and helpful in recommendations and preparations. We hope to come back next year!

Great cabin at Scandic harbor. The cabin has what you need and a nice balcony with evening sun. Map to the beach. Recommended.

Very nice house, perfect for a family with kids. The outer space is what made the difference for us thanks to the kids entertainment and the pool (we traveled with 4 kids below 4 years old). The bedrooms distribution in the house allowed also to separate the kids and avoid waking up eachother at night so it worked perfectly for us. Very good and quick communication with the host. Only small defect is one only bathroom with shower (even if it’s consistent with the description) which can easily make queue when 2 families come back after the day. Also for the price I think bedsheets / towels should have been included. Other than that a perfect stay and really recommended house :)

Great location

The place lives up to the photos and expectations - summer idyll at the waterfront. Stunning views both from the inside and outdoors . Good patios and very close to the sea and swimming possibility - morning as evening Great to sit outside - both eating and sunbathing. Proximity to Risør city center. Very nice hosting with great tips. Modern and good cleanliness. Highly recommend - would be happy to come again

The place isn't cheap, but it's worth it! Very nice house in a great environment, a lot of equipment available at the house, Bolzplatz and volleyball court nearby, (on the island) shopping only a few minutes away by boat! We had a great holiday here - highly recommended. 👌🏻

Nice apartment with a fantastic location overlooking the inner harbor. Short walking distance to the city center and Urheia. Perfect with restaurant right outside building. Top with 2 balconies, then you get to sun all day. We loved it and would love to come back!! Kind regards, Trond and Mali.

The stay at Christine's cabin was just great. We felt right at home. The location is just great and you can do a lot of things starting from the cabin. But also for easy relaxation and making yourself comfortable, the cabin is just great. I can only recommend it.

If possible we would have rated both the apartment and the host six stars. Really amazing. We will be back!

A holiday paradise without equal. It was clean and nice, comfortable furniture. Perfect room solution for four families with children. With a patio heater, we could sit outside on the lovely sofa and watch the sunset. The cabin is well equipped and has everything you need. Beautiful beach and jetty. Practical and handsome boat. Here you are guaranteed a holiday feeling. Thank you very much for the loan!

Kragerø was a great town. The apartment was in the middle of the city center. Great apartment. would love to come again

We had a very good time at Lene´s place. It is a house with history and character and it gives you a lot of space. So we can clearly recommend it. There are some walking or jogging trails in the area starting directly at the house. But plan for some travel time until you reach the major places in the area or the open sea coast. If you time budget is tight do some planning ahead as the frery schedules to islandslike for example Jomfruland do not have many departures per day. Note: the local road network in the area may not be accurately reflected in all the car navigation systems and possibly lures you onto roads no longer in use. So watch out. Especially as the first left after the riding club has a very similar name to the second one (Listrandveien and Litangveien !!).
