Great child-friendly cabin on Skåtøy for rent in the middle of Kragerø's finest archipelago. Located at Kirkesund/Helleseng and easily accessible by road (+ ferry) all the way up. (see Farte ferry for ferry times) Including 2-4 parking spaces on own plot. The cabin is located in quiet, undisturbed surroundings with a large terrace around the entire cabin with sun all day and overlooking Hellesengtjenna. Behind the cabin there is a large lawn with opportunities for various games and play as well as a small herb garden. Water is supplied to the cabin from municipal water supply +sewer. It is a child-friendly cabin with beds for 13 adults +1 cot. 1st floor consists of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and separate toilet. Living room and dining room are in one large room incl. a well-equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor there is a sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV and a bed with room for two. In addition, a detached annex with double bed, electricity and private toilet, as well as shower on the outside. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin, but otherwise good mobile coverage. Short walk from the cabin to a nice jetty with bathing stairs and space for 1-2 boats. Possibility for swimming, sunbathing and barbecue, nice view over the fjord, late evening sun and sheltered from the wind. A 10-foot dinghy/rowboat and two kayaks will also be available, 2-3 bicycles as well as various toys and games. Opportunities in the area: Skåtøy has fantastic hiking opportunities on old roads and trails, rich in flora and fauna. Nice boat trips to Jomfruland and other great islands in the area. At the cozy Skåtøy café and gallery, a varied and exciting cultural program is offered during the summer, including its own festival that is held every year. Skåtøy is the largest island in Kragerø's archipelago with the most permanent residents. Skåtøy has most things, and cultural life flourishes all year round. Here you will find galleries with exhibitions, concerts, a café, a wooden church, cultural heritage and a fort from World War II. At the far end of Vetre Skåtøy is Krikken Kystfort, which is a German bunker facility from World War II. Trenches, galleries and underground corridors are now available to the public and a visit here is an exciting experience with a historical buzz. Skåtøy café is the island's natural meeting point. Here you can find vacationers, residents, writers, musicians, children and philosophers. Skåtøy Church was built in 1862 and has been nicknamed the Skjærgård Cathedral and is one of the largest wooden churches in the country. The church is located in beautiful surroundings in the middle of Skåtøy's narrowest part with sea views, and it is a popular place for weddings. You have to be out in good time if you want a Skjærgård wedding. The ferries connect the islands and to get to the cabin by car you are dependent on taking the ferry from Kragerø to Skåtøyroa. If you miss the ferry, it is possible to take the taxi boats that have their jetty right by the ferry. There is no shop on Skåtøy, so shopping must be done in Kragerø. It is recommended to visit Kragerø's famous butcher and sausage maker Brubakken for the country's largest selection of sausages. The fishing jetty offers tubs of live fish and lobster and freshly fried mackerel cakes, a local specialty. Ferry from Kragerø to Skåtøy see ferry times: (fjord boat) and ferry to Jomfruland and other beautiful islands in the area. There are duvets and pillows for the number of people there are beds for. The tenant must bring along his own linen sets, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases as well as towels. Alternatively, this can be rented from us, see the list for additional services. Local fishing opportunities: In Kragerøskjærgården there is the northern European flat oyster which is considered to be of the highest quality, but the Pacific oyster is also found. Blue mussels are found in quantities, but it is important to follow the blue mussel warning! Beach crab fishing is popular as well as mackerel fishing etc. On Skåtøy there is a good mushroom terrain, chanterelle and stone mushroom etc. as well as funnel chanterelle can be found all the way into November.

The cabin is located on Borteid with a road all the way up. Parking right by the cabin and easy access. 5 min by fast boat to Kragerø city center - 15 min by car. 10 min to the nearest grocery store. The cabin has recently been upgraded with new furniture, beds, nice and functional kitchen, large dining area and open solution between kitchen and living room.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west-facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. The apartment contains a living room with dining area and a living room with TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets/pillows/sheets and duvet covers. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating in all floors. Internet.

This cabin was built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180 cm beds and 2 bedrooms on the loft have 150 cm beds. The cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful area with lots of lovely nature. The cabin is well equipped with, among other things, smart home, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 min from Kragerø and 45 min from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with lovely nature.

Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock.
