Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

Very Good Place Located Opp. To Vythri Govt School, Though the Place is located in the Tea Estate, Shops and Market is Just a Kilometre away! Host Aysha and Adam are very helpful. We did Hassle free Check in and Check out.

Great place, good ambience and nice host. We could find everything we needed at the right places. The pool also was clean and well maintained. Fridge, Tv, oven, toaster.. everything was available. And the host was always a call away for help. Really satisfied with the service provided.

Great location . Amazing hosts and Butler service was a nice add on… Proximity to restaurants and beach and short walk to almost anything we needed. House is exactly like the pictures -stunning with great view of beach. It provides you with all amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We absolutely loved our stay.

Brilliant place to stay, very clean and hospitable. Really enjoyed it's location, right next to the Sargaalaya Kerala Arts & Crafts Village, which is a must visit.

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. Clean and walking distance from Aster Mims hospital

I stayed at this place for a week with my family. the place is very beautiful and peaceful. In front of the home, there is a ground which was amazing. there is no issue of water. Also AC, washing machine are all working.

Nice stay near the Hilite mall. All amenities are at walkable distance. There is a restaurant inside the buliding which do door delivery also. There is fingerprint access control at the security gate and that caused inconvenience everytime when entering the apartment.

Joby was very proactive and responsive for all our queries and request , really great place to stay

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!
