Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The house on the Lagoon in Kowary is a comfortable place to relax surrounded by mountains and nature. The entire house is at your disposal, with cozy bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, bathrooms, balconies and a garden with a barbecue. The quiet area near the lagoon is conducive to relaxation, walks and trips around the area. The perfect place to stay with family, friends or a pet. A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Outside, a heated, covered hot tub (extra charge), and a playground. The perfect place for walks in the woods (close to trails) biking , quiet, remote work, winter holidays, and summer holidays. There is a fire pit. LTE internet (WiFi) for guests included. Close to ski slopes in the Czech Republic (Mala Upa, Pec pod Sniezka) and Czarnow Ski - 5 minutes away.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

Wysoka Trawa, Gruszków, Polana

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

Larch House

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

House for up to 14 people with a large garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking. The entire area is fenced. The ground floor of the house is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

The proximity of the Karkonosze National Park and the ski areas in Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba offers great opportunities for active recreation. The large area and private 5000 sqm garden provide comfort and privacy. The location close to the trails allows for mountain hikes straight from home.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
