Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or rent our bikes.

Gårdshuset

Välkommen till Bergsåker som ligger 10 minuter med bil till Sundsvalls centrum. Bussen går regelbundet och stannar på vägen mot stan utanför Mittuniverstetet. Här bor du i ett helt nyrenoverad gårdshus med kök, badrum och en dubbelsängs. Vill du ta dig till Birsta köpcentrum är det endast en raksträcka på ca 10 minuter med bil så är du där. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår i hyran. Gratis parkering på gården.

Apartment + bedroom cottage

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Gårdshus Bergeforsen/Timrå

Nybyggt gårdshus vid ett av landets bästa fiskevatten,Indalsälvens utlopp i havet. Huset ligger endast ca150 meter från stranden. 5 min till Midlanda flygplats. 10 min till Birsta och 15 min till Sundsvall. Flertalet badplatser i närheten. Väldigt nära Bergeforsens skidstadion, ridstadion och Timrå IK’s ishall. 5-10 min till Mid Nordic Cup.

Gäststuga i Berga by

Slappna av i detta fridfulla boende i lantlig idyll. Stugan ligger vackert med utsikt över fälten i Berga by. Inom ett par km finns havet, Bergafjärdens strand och camping, bra klättring, golfbana och fiske eller bad i Ljungan. Tätorten Njurunda med affärer och kommunikation (buss, tåg) ligger två km bort. 20 min med bil till Sundsvall.

Stuga vid havet

Stuga (cirka 55 kvm) på värdens tomt. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår i priset. 50 meter till havet och fin badstrand. Det går att använda laddstolpe till elbil till en kostnad av 3 kronor/kwh. Vintertid kan golvet dra lite kallt, finns tofflor att låna i stugan. Vänligen läs husreglerna innan bokning görs!
