In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse with a view of the water and nature as your closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and birdsong and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming spots, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. Towels and bed linen are not included. No pets and no smoking indoors. Welcome!

Small kitchen between the rooms with two hobs, a microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower and sauna. Outside the cottage is a smaller terrace and a larger lawn. In the cottage area there is a child-friendly swimming area with a jumping tower and jetty, a common sauna for booking, frisbee golf, playground and several nice walking paths.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

A warm welcome to the fantastically located archipelago property Flivik Lyckåsa. This is where Swedish artist Lennart Rhode lived and was inspired by the idyllic natural surroundings. The large natural plot and the stylish "Gula Villan" offer many wonderful and peaceful moments with family or friends. The generous jetty invites you to take a morning dip and sunbathe. For the adventurous, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUP) are available for hire.

Det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
