Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

Kalliopi was super nice and friendly. We felt like home from the first moment. The house is clean and very nice with all the amenities somebody might need. Cannot wait to come back!

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Super séjour. Dans une maison avec un très beau jardin arboré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

A great place to stay in Kythnos. Spacious and clean, at the right spot if you want to stay in Chora and still get some privacy. George and his family are very sweet and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

Our experience at Kythea Suites was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately made us feel at ease. The suites are tucked away in a peaceful, serene location — ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The view of the Aegean Sea from our suite was simply stunning. We spent every morning and evening soaking in the beauty and calm. The perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for a quiet gateway!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Für uns ( älteres Ehepaar) war dieses Apartment in allen Punkten ein Glücksfall. Der Raum ist wunderschön, großzügig, toll eingerichtet und - besonders wichtig - ALLES funktioniert!!! Die tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen und Schauen ein und die Bucht mit dem praktischen Privatzugang ist einfach süß und war zu unserer Zeit (1. - 15. Juni) kaum von anderen Menschen besucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können Despina und ihr Apartment zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße und herzlichen Dank, Grete und Reinhard

Great base for exploring Kea. Loved all the outdoor space. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. A bit cramped for four adults and two infants but we still loved it.

Hotes accueillants dès le début, très disponibles, chaleureux, endroit très authentique. Magnifiques couchers du soleil depuis le jacuzzi sur la terrasse! Bon matelas, bon frigo (autrement matériel suffisant sans plus). Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit spacieux, propre, bien situé, accueillant et authentique. We hat a wundervoll stay in Aikaterinis Appartement an in Lavrio. We hat a warm welcome,an early check in possibility and everything was really perfekt. The fabulous Appartement has all you can imagine and the location is great.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

On était un peu fatigué à l’arrivée d’ailleurs retard de vol et perte de temps inutile avec Sixt pour la location de la voiture. On ne peut rien reprocher à notre très sympathique hôte pour le prix du logement. Quelques fruits et un minimum de café sur place nous auraient plus mais les commerces ne sont pas loin en voiture. On a été très heureux de nous reposer la nuit chez elle qui est proche de l’aéroport avant notre périple de 3 semaines en Grèce en voiture. Merci Demi, vous avez été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Ottimo appartamento, pulito ed ampio. Unica pecca la mancanza della lavatrice. Ottimo impianto centralizzato di condizionamento, un po complesso da gestire. Il posizionamento dello split in una delle camere non è ottimale per il comfort. Una delle camere non ha oscuranti. Migliorabile la dotazione di pentole e coltelli. Nel complesso comunque l'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, soddisfa appieno. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.

The apartment was spotless with an amazing view. Incredibly well equipped with everything you could use (kitchen and bathroom essentials). The attention to detail making the space functional and accommodating was truly appreciated. On top of that, hostess was very kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended, would definitely book again.
