There is a wood-burning sauna on the beach, where the water is carried from the lake or cottage. Please note! You must know how to heat a wood-fired sauna and wash in the sauna. The cottage does not have a shower. Only 20-25 min to Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielaka hillside center and less than 2 hours drive from the metropolitan area. Not for party groups.

Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: two with a 160-cm-wide double bed and one with a 120-cm-wide bed. Downstairs, a pullout sofa bed in the fireplace room. Travel cot for children available as well as a high chair and junior chair.
