Monthly Rentals in Kostos

Small but cozy apartment. The host is very nice and Elda too. It has everything you need. It has a small ceramic hob for cooking and non-stick pans. It also has basic things like oil. Salt, sugar, coffee, soap, shampoo, gel... it has air conditioning and a separate shower from the bathroom and a well-placed TV. The sofa bed is comfortable and has a terrace with a table and a sun lounger upstairs. It was a little difficult to open with the key because it was quite hard but good. The area is not bad, about eight minutes from the center and the bus stop, although there is quite a hill. In general, everything is very clean and not humid.

We had a lovely time in Vivi’s and Nikos’ apartment – peaceful, relaxing and calm; perfect to recharge. The apartment was great, as was the cozy village of Kostos. We would gladly come back any time.

We had the most wonderful stay in this traditional cycladic house in the most beautiful and peaceful village of Kostos. Our hosts were marvellous, greeting us at the house and leaving us lovely treats. We stayed for a month and wished we never had to leave. Do hire a car or scooter as the location is perfect to visit and discover all parts of the island easily. The locals of the village are so friendly and the two village eating establishments offered home made delicious food. There is also a tiny convenience store with all the basics. Kostos remains non-touristy so it’s perfect for those who desire a more authentic Greek Island experience, I highly recommend this beautiful house and the village to those seeking this. Cat lovers will be in heaven as there is a colony of adorable cats residing close to the house and appreciate being fed and patted. They will greet you every time you come home and ‘see you off’ as you leave the village, we loved them so much and will miss them all!

The Hobbit stay was an incredible experience. Monica is a great host and, though she couldn’t be present, kept me informed and assistance during my stay. The check-in with Bruce went super smooth and flexible, he gave me some nice tips for my week in Paros and was extremely accomodating. The apartment is small, but has whatever someone needs for a short stay in Paros. The Lefkes’ village is super walkable and has many bars, restaurants and mini shops. 5 star.
