Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

Perfect stay at 17A! The villa is in beautiful surroundings and so peaceful - don’t be put off by the entry road - it isn’t sealed with tarmac as it probably would be in the UK but the villa is worth it when you get there. Car is a must as it says in the villa information on Airbnb - roads are not suitable to walk along. Flew to Split - 45mins/1hr transfer and about 30mins to Split city centre. Eldar was there to greet us and allowed us an earlier check in time. He gave us some local info regarding supermarkets and restaurants which was very useful. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. Beautiful views from the terrace and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen area was great for bbq. Gym was well equipped and we made good use of it. Omiš is the closest town - plenty of restaurants/activities to book/couple of supermarkets. Eldar was very responsive during our stay if needed and on departure arrived early for us to check out due to early flight time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from a holiday in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa exceeded all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Very nice place with great views, fully equipped and furnished. Has everything for a longer stay. The host was super friendly and responded immediately and let us check in earlier and check out later to accommodate our flight times. Pool was very clean and the house had a nice deck to spend evenings on. All in all great experience

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is located in a quiet area, where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere, but you are provided with all comforts and you drive by car for 40 minutes to all the nice villages.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet to escape the main tourist spots and use as a base for exploring Croatia, this is the ideal hideaway. The area is peaceful and full of the sounds of nature, and there's a convenience store just a few minutes walk away. There's a large off road parking area which was extremely welcome as parking elsewhere in the country was tricky at best... The space itself is well equipped, has everything required to cook your own meals, and kept fairly cool throughout the day thanks to the thick stone walls. You are in the countryside though, so be prepared to meet some interesting bugs... We throughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. In a quiet location, you can enjoy the great and unique view on the terrace and in the hot tub. We immediately felt very comfortable. The surroundings also offer many possibilities for various activities (hiking, rafting, road biking, swimming on the gravel or sandy beach).

Spent a wonderful week in Mimice, we can recommend the Toni's apartment with the fantastic terrace without restriction 👌😊

We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

This was a beautiful spot! Martina’s property was well taken care of with gardens and flowers. Beautiful view of Omiš. Can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed the stay. Ante and his parents are exceptionally warm hosts! They made our time as pleasant as possible and we are very grateful for that!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! The views were absolutely incredible! My friends and I had a lovely stay at Duje’s place! We loved every second of it. It is in a peaceful town near omis, but omis is only a 20mins drive away where we would definitely recommend the zip lining- once in a lifetime experience! Duje and his wife were excellent at communicating and were so lovely on arrival despite our plane being delayed. We were greeted with fresh bread which was a lovely gesture. Duje’s mother Milá was amazing! She would pick us fresh fruit and when we left gave us a little magnet to take home. We felt right at home! I couldn’t recommend this place more if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in the beautiful Croatian mountains. It was honestly stunning! Thank you for having us😊

We had a fantastic time here. We’re quite a loud large family and Josips beautiful house gave us the space and privacy in the beautiful Dalmatian countryside to be ourselves and have a lovely time. The barbecue was really something. Josip’s father kindly gave us his homemade olive oil, wine and Cherry wine. They were delicious! There were lots of fruiting cherry trees in the garden we could help ourselves to as well! The location of the house is brilliant. It’s a 15 min drive to the local larger town, Omiš which is a real gem. With lots of activities to do the on the stunning river and beach, and loads of great restaurants. There are 2 small shops within a 20 min walk from the house which are perfect for morning bread runs. Can’t thank Josip and his father enough for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.
