We were warmly welcomed in person, and received an in-depth explanation about Ancient Olympia and Greece—well beyond the level of a typical guide. That alone made the stay absolutely worthwhile. It was a truly meaningful time, and we’re grateful just for the conversation we shared. The world is vast, and there are many remarkable people in it. The accommodation itself was clean and well-organized. For anyone visiting Ancient Olympia, this would be an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

ideal rustic place for spending peaceful days. 15 minutes distance from Pirgos. The village has everything you need, coffee shops, grill, pharmacy, butcher, mini market.

The house is sparkling clean and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. We booked at the last minute but it was no trouble for Christos. He met us at the property and explained everything. Super nice guy. The village is very quiet but has a couple of small bars and tavernas with mostly locals who were really friendly. The village is only a short distance by car to the Ancient Olympia. Great stay. highly recommend.

Visiliki’s place is a gem in the perfect location in Olympia. It was a 15min walk to the Olympia ruins which allowed us to get up early before the rush of people and buses. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Visiliki was a great communicator and so flexible allowing us to arrive late in the evening as we prefer to travel in the early evening to our next destination on our travels so as to not waste our day driving. Turns out living in a small community is helpful and he enlisted the neighbors to point us in the right direction to get to the flat. That touch was so appreciated! Thank you! We would definitely recommend friends and others to stay here. Wish we weren’t on a tight schedule and could have stayed longer.
