The apartment is really great and surrounded by water. We were there over Pentecost and it was wonderfully quiet. Rune's supermarket is right next door and unfortunately was closed over the holidays during our stay. Otherwise, it's super practical. Rune is very friendly and we also rented his little boat to sail across the Lysefjord. A great experience!

The location is super convenient with public transit literally at your doorstep, making it easy to explore the area and get into Stavanger. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. We were a group of four, but it’s definitely more comfortable for two. There’s also municipal parking available nearby, which is free during certain hours of the day. Asbjørn was kind and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers looking for a hassle-free base in the region!

The host communicated and responded quickly where necessary. I liked the residence very much. Something about how the rooms were located and the furnishings. It was very well utilised. I felt comfortable in the apartment that had everything and more than one could expect, - after what you had been told through pictures and text. It was a great place to stay and sleep, incredibly quiet bedroom. Some images are often taken with a wide angle so that it will look extra large. There's no need for that. I was particularly impressed with a practical, smart, clean and well-kept apartment. You felt welcome, as soon as you locked yourself in.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and we were warmly welcomed. Odd Bjarne is very friendly and accommodating, we got along very well and got many tips for activities and hikes. The contact was straightforward and he responded quickly when we had questions. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back!

This home was beautiful, and has stunning views of the nearby fjord. We stayed one night and would have gladly spent several more. There is a hot tub, movie room, games, hair dryer, and multiple kitchen amenities. I was impressed by the number of spaces to relax and enjoy the views. I hope to be able to explore Strand more in the future.

We felt super comfortable in the accommodation. The house was even much larger than expected from the pictures. The view was fantastic and via Smart Home, lights, sun protection, etc. could be operated superbly. Robert was super sweet and accommodating or always easy to reach. Highly recommended accommodation!

The host is super super warm. There's walking trails in the island that we used to explore the surrounding. The house was built in 1883 but extremely well maintained.

What a place! The place was both cozy and idyllic. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable to sleep in. All in all, Aunt Laurentz was a perfect place to stay. Karen and Tor were quick to answer all our questions. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and for the gift ❤️

Michal’s place was a great place for our stay in Stavanger! We were a group of three women visiting Stavanger for a conference and the location was perfect — it was walkable and central to everything and in a very cute area. Michal’s place was spotless and had everything we needed - the washer and dryer was a great plus. Michal was very kind, friendly, and responsive, and he gave very clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

a little removed from the city centre of Haugesund but it allows you to be in a quiet place. The place is perfect.

Very comfortable place right in the middle of Stavanger. High quality kitchen and super comfortable bed. Only issue is that whoever lives on the floor above stomps around very loudly late at night, possibly even on purpose. This stomping around back and forth continued for at least 15 minutes straight around 1am.

Great apartment for a great value. Has a very nice rooftop patio. Host communicated well and even provided snacks and toiletries!

Fabulous location, easy to check in. There was a big bump on the bathroom door. We took a photo when we came in. It would have been a good idea to share in the introduction so you don't have to worry about a claim. The bathroom shower cabin drain didn't drain. By the way, the apartment was clean and even a big couple for a one-night stay. Our choice resolved a great location along the way. Everything promised and needed was found. It's a good idea to fix those gaps, or at least mention it in the introduction. We slept well, so we recommend the apartment to others. Thanks for hosting.
