The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Kopavogur, about 5,4 km from center of Reykjavik, with great public transport options. The apartment has private entrance and free parking. It’s within walking distance from Sky Lagoon, grocery store, bakery, restaurants and local swimming pool. Beautiful hiking trails by the ocean that leads to downtown Reykjavik. A bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed for two. Good kitchen and a washing machine inside the apartment.

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
